Sridhar is a serial entrepreneur who has 20+ years of experience in the industry. Before becoming a founder of TruVs, Sridhar worked for premier consulting companies such as Capgemini and Tech Mahindra. Sridhar has a rich consulting and business experience and has managed relationships with Fortune 100 enterprises. He has excelled everywhere he worked. Sridhar is an undergraduate in Mechanical engineering and completed his MBA from the Indian School of Business, a premier business school in India. He also did several Graduate level courses from Carnegie Melon University. Sridhar is an Advanced Scrum Product Owner, Team Software Process Launch Coach, Personal Software Process instructor, Scrum Master, Six Sigma Blackbelt, and a business process expert.

Ann has been working for TruVs since its inception and has been an integral part of our growth. Ann grew up in Saco, Maine where she attended Thornton Academy and the University of Southern Maine. Despite the fact she has lived in Sammamish since 2001 and raised her family here, she will always be a proud New Englander! Ann is an extremely hard worker and strives to get things done right the first time. Ann is our Business Manager and oversees Human Resources and finance activities for TruVs.
