Senior Business Process Analyst
						TruVs Inc., a leading business consulting firm specializing in Business Process Modernization and Digital Transformation, seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst. This role requires 10+ years in IT with strong expertise in business process analysis, Lean methodologies, and enterprise-level engagements. Candidates should excel at facilitating workshops, documenting AS-IS/TO-BE processes, driving data analysis (Azure SQL), and translating business requirements into technical deliverables. Experience with process mining, ERP systems, and advanced communication skills is highly valued. The position is remote (USA-based)  but work in PST time zone. with occasional travel, offering 
                        Must-Have
                        
                        	
- 10+ years of experience in information and technology.
 
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-level customers in the role of business process specialist or a business analyst (60% business, 40% technology)
 
- Must have Lean Six Sigma Black belt certification with experience using lean and Six sigma methodologies to drive process analysis and design efficiency 
 
- Proven Expertise in herding cats - Drive Process Development sessions, meetings and workshops as needed to document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
 
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis. This includes extracting data from Azure SQL and analyzing trends, bottlenecks, and critical paths.
 
- Develop summaries of change associated with project deliverables that can enable the change plans. Demonstrated experience in process monitoring and mining techniques to ensure that project outcomes are quantified and meet expectations
 
- Proven experience in documenting, measuring, and improving business processes.
 
- Review with stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities driven by data analysis.
 
- Experience crafting Business Process diagrams using Visio, requirements documentation using Word, PowerPoint, and Visual Studio, creating mockup screens, and analyzing data using Excel or SQL Server.
 
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and execution, including planning, test case design, and defect management across complex enterprise ecosystems.
 
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate end-to-end process flows, ensuring alignment of system functionality with business requirements.
 
- Drive UAT workshops, manage feedback sessions, and ensure business sign-off on deliverables to support successful production deployment.
 
- Excellent client/customer interfacing skills
 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
 
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and bring structure to ambiguity
 
- Ability to translate business requirements and priorities to technical and IT teams
 
- Quick learner and self-starter who can function under minimal guidance
 
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science with 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

- Perform business process mining using the Power Automate Process Mining tool or Celonis Process mining tool and document the variations, bottlenecks, and influencing factors.
 
- MBA or equivalent
